Hypnosis
For Change
We enter the state of hypnosis every day of
our lives. We use it to reduce stress. We
use it to concentrate on something that we
are doing. We use it any time we are using
our imagination. We enter into and out of
this state of hypnosis, all day. Most of the
time it is instinctive and automatic.
In a State of Hypnosis, we are highly
susceptible to suggestion. We are more
likely to accept advice. We will welcome,
and even embrace ideas and concepts...Ones
that we might otherwise disregard. Hypnosis
is the ticket to the fertile territory of
our extensive imagination. Whether we
accomplish our goal after one session or
many, this method is called Hypnotherapy.
My sessions are designed to help end any
habit, or change a long-established
behavior. I use hypnosis in a specific,
directed way. Coupled with this, you use
your very vivid imagination to rearrange
your thinking so that your thoughts, which
already exist, are then used to reinforce
and enhance what is accomplished while with
me. Cooperatively, we will create your
entire program, determine your goals,
schedule, and pace. My unique program
engages your conscious and subconscious
thoughts, feelings, memories. More than
merely eliminating self-defeating habits,
you will become more aware of your whole
self, the true mind-body connection. Your
ability to direct your self development will
become a permanent part of how you live,
laugh, and love.
